1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide, including:

Cagayan de Oro City and nearby areas (e.g. Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, Iligan)

Major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through our trusted logistics and freight partners
For remote areas, we will coordinate alternative delivery or pickup arrangements.
2. Shipping Rates
The delivery timeframe below applies to standard items in stock. Lead time starts upon receipt of the customer’s purchase order. For custom orders, delivery time begins after payment confirmation and completion of production.

3. Delivery Lead Time
The delivery lead time below applies to standard items in stock. Lead time starts upon receipt of the customer’s purchase order. For custom orders, delivery lead time begins after payment confirmation and completion of production.

4. Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order from any of our branches:

5. Delivery Service Scope

Standard delivery is drop-off only.

Installation and delivery available upon request for an additional fee.

Customers in malls, condominiums, office buildings, or gated subdivisions should coordinate access with property management office in advance.
6. Delivery Instructions & Redelivery

An authorized recipient must be present to receive and inspect the item upon delivery.

Any visible damage or issues must be reported upon received the items.
- Missed or failed deliveries due to incomplete address or recipient unavailability may incur re-delivery fees.
7. Order Tracking
Once your item is dispatched, we will notify you via email or SMS with tracking or delivery updates. For further inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team.
