Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that every piece of furniture you receive is of high quality and delivered in excellent condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The steel cabinets must be reported immediately upon delivery.

The office furniture (self-assembly) must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

The accessories & electronics must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and and include all accessories and manuals.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Made-to-order or customized furniture unless proven defective upon delivery.

Items purchased under clearance, final sale, or as-is conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support via +63 917 770 1745 or customerservice@jacsonsenterprises.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Made-to-order or customized furniture unless proven defective upon delivery.

We will arrange for item pickup or advise the nearest return location.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via online bank transfer.

Processing time: 15 business days after item inspection and approval.

Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item delivered or factory defect).
- Made-to-order items with partial payments are not eligible for a refund, even if the order is cancelled.
5. Delivery Damage Claim
For visible damage during delivery:

Inspect your item upon arrival.

If damage is found, do not accept the item and indicate the reason on the delivery receipt.

Immediately notify us so we can schedule a replacement or refund.
